The magnetic-track-free Linear Motor is a high performance product. As the name implies, there is no track on the stator of a magnetic track-free linear motor. Many customers and peers are puzzled by this. There is no magnet to provide a magnetic field on the state. How does this motor work? Is it an asynchronous motor? In fact, this motor is an asynchronous permanent magnet synchronous motor, and its external characteristics are not different from those of rotary permanent magnet synchronous motor and linear motor. Its back potential waveform is a symmetric three-phase sine, and the driving mode is variable frequency vector control.

 The magnetic-track-free linear motor will put the magnet in the actuator, the actuator moves, the corresponding magnet also moves. That is, the actuator will have the excitation effect of the magnet with movement, the magnet movement to which part, which part of the electromagnetic force.  Like a rotating permanent magnet synchronous motor, the magnet utilization rate reaches 100%, and there is no excess magnet exposed outside.
